This is a list of Scholarships that are available for students intending to enrol at UC in the first year of an undergraduate degree in the Science areas in 2025.
Each scholarship has different eligibility criteria so check the details of each one to find out if you're eligible.
We recommend you apply for all the scholarships you are eligible for, as it is possible to be awarded more than one scholarship at a time.

ʳܰDz:This scholarship recognises outstanding performance in MATH 199, the STAR course at Te Kura Pāngarau | School of Mathematics and Statistics of Te Whare Wānanga o Waitaha | سԹ, and supports students majoring in Applied Data Science, Computational and Applied Mathematical Sciences, Data Science, Financial Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics at the University. Value:$5,000 per annum for up to three years Who is eligible: First-year undergraduate students intending to enrol in at least 60 points per academic year of taught courses that contribute to a degree programme with a major in: Applied Data Science; or Computational and Applied Mathematical Sciences; or Data Science; or Financial Engineering; or Mathematics; or Statistics.
