Lots of UC students are living with an accessibility challenge. Te Ratonga Whaikaha | Student Accessibility Service is here to support you and help you achieve your academic goals. We provide practical study support and can make special arrangements for your exams. 

HOW TO APPLY
About accessibility at UC

We estimate that between 20-25% of students at the University have some form of visible or invisible disability.

Any student enrolled in an assessed course, who has a disability, medical condition, specific learning difficulty, mental health condition or a temporary impairment that affects their ability to study is eligible to register with Te Ratonga Whaikaha|Student Accessibility Service at any stage of the academic year.

Easter Break Operating Hours

The Student Accessibility Service will be operating at reduced capacity from Monday April 14th to Wednesday April 16th. Please anticipate delays in email responses during that period.

The SAS will be closed from Thursday April 17th, and will reopen on Monday April 28th. No staff will be working or responding to queries during that period.

Test and Exam Special Arrangements Deadlines

In order to receive Special Arrangements, you must be registered with TRW|SAS by the following dates:
