Certificate in Arts
Introduction
The Certificate in Arts (CertArts) is designed for you to study at university level without having to commit to several years of study.
It is also an option if you want to take a few courses for interest, or study part-time.

What will my study involve?
- Study from a range of subjects which offer field trips, real-world case studies, projects, and more.
- Complete four standard courses of your choice at 100 and/or 200-level in no more than two subjects.
- This Certificate can be studied full-time in 6 months or part-time for up to 5 years.
- Can be used as a pathway to the Diploma in Arts or the Bachelor of Arts with the ability to transfer your credits to thosedegrees.

Entry requirements
Admission to UC with University Entrance (or equivalent) is required to enrol.
If English is your additional language, you are also required to meet UC's English language requirements.

How do I plan my certificate?
The Certificate in Arts is made up of 60 points of courses at 100 and/or 200-level from Bachelor of Arts subjects, and can be awarded in up to two Arts subjects.
It can be completed full-time within 6 months, or part-time for up to 5 years.
You can transfer the credits you gain during the Certificate in Arts to the Diploma in Arts or Bachelor of Arts (and some other degrees), as long as you have not already graduated with the Certificate.

2025 tuition fee estimate: $3,577 (60 points)
International students
2024 tuition fee estimate: $15,800 per 60 points
2025tuition fee estimate: $16,400per 60 points
