HOW TO APPLY

Description

This scholarship recognises the value of student athletes and sports in general to the wellbeing of the ��سԹ� community, and aims to support those who are representing at a regional and/or national level while studying at the University. Twenty-five scholarships are available in 2025.��

Tenure:��1 year
Applications:��2025 sport scholarship applications open on Thursday 20th June and close on Thursday 15th August 2024.��

Eligibility

Applicants must be age-group regional and/or national representatives in sporting codes. They must be intending to begin their first year of full-time study in a programme for an undergraduate degree at the University. Applicants must have completed, or be completing, a University Entrance qualification or equivalent, and have studied at secondary level in the year of application (or in the previous year if they are on a gap year). They must be:
a. New ��سԹ�or Australian citizens; or
b. holders of New ��سԹ�residence class visas; or
c. international students studying at secondary level in New Zealand.

How to apply for this scholarship

All applications are submitted online. The online application system will begin accepting applications eight weeks before the closing date.
