HOW TO APPLY

This AILiteracy series gives you the tools to unlock real value from GenerativeAI, moving from basic prompt crafting to full-scale automation. In the Level 1 session, you’ll learn how to shape clear, effective prompts that get better results from AI, setting the stage for more advanced use cases. By Level 2 you’ll be creating reusable prompts and automating everyday workflows to save time and boost team efficiency. The final Level 3 session dives into automating entire processes, freeing up time for higher-level strategic work

This course empowers you to streamline tasks, enhance productivity, and make Generative AI a part of your daily operations.

The AI seriescan be completed as a whole series or you cancomplete the individual levels based on your needs.

  • Goal:Teach participants how to craft more effective prompts, moving from basic requests to more sophisticated, goal-oriented prompting.
  • Content:
    • Basic prompting techniques: Summarizing, answering questions, and simple tasks.
    • Understanding the components of a strong prompt: audience, goal, task, success metrics.
    • Practical exercises: Participants will improve real-world prompts using these elements.
  • Learning Outcomes:
    • Participants will develop the skills to construct clear and concise prompts that deliver better results from AI systems.

Level 2: Writing GPTs and Building Efficiency (9am - 1pm, in-person)

  • Goal: Enable participants to build prompt libraries and generate repeatable AI processes.
  • Content:
    • Writing reusable GPT prompts for specific functions.
    • Creating templates for team use and automating basic workflows.
    • Leverage AI to generate more complex outputs like reports, summaries, and insights.
    • How to measure success metrics and refine prompts.
  • Practical Exercises:
    • Participants will write prompts for their work contexts, building prompt libraries that can be shared within their teams or departments.
    • Hands-on group activities focused on refining prompts based on feedback.

Level 3: Automating Workflow and Scaling AI (9am - 1pm, in-person)

  • Goal: Help participants stack AI tasks to create automated end-to-end processes.
  • Content:
    • Introduction to task stacking: How to use AI to handle multiple tasks at once.
    • Automating entire workflows from data entry to report generation.
    • Calling multiple GPTs in one chat to streamline different processes simultaneously.
    • AI as a strategic tool: Implementing AI-driven solutions for repetitive and labour-intensive tasks.
  • Practical Exercises:
    • Participants will design AI workflows specific to their roles, from start to end, automating daily tasks using stacked GPTs.
  • Learning Outcomes:
    • Participants will leave with the ability to design automated workflows that reduce manual intervention, freeing up time for higher-level strategic work.
