What isǾ |UC Global Exchange?
Do your OE with UC-Ǿ |UC Global Exchange programmeallows you to study for one or two semesters of coursework study at a UC partner university overseas.This lets you immerse yourself in another culture, and get international experience before you graduate. Your tuition fees, levy and other non-tuition fees applicable are paid directly to UC and you do not incur any international tuition fees while you are on exchange. If you are eligible for a student loan or allowance at UC, you will continue to be eligible while you are on exchange, provided that you meet the requirements of Studylink. You will be responsible for all of your own living expenses.
You will need approval from the relevant UC departments and Faculties for the courses you successfully complete at a partner university to be credited to your UC degree. You will still graduate with a UC degree and not with a degree from a partner university.
As opposed to undertaking an exchange overseas for one or two semesters, a few partner universities may offer short programmes over UC's Summer or mid-year breaks to Commerce students. See further details aboutGlobal Opportunities offered by the UC Business School.

Prime Minister’s Scholarships for Asia (PMSA) and Prime Minister’s Scholarships for Latin America (PMSLA)
Theand theare funded by the New سԹGovernment and administered by Education New سԹManapou ki te Ao to support New Zealanders on learning experiences in Asia and Latin America. Please note that the award of a PMSA or PMSLA does not constitute acceptance for participation in a UC exchange. Students applying for a UC exchange must be selected through UC’s standard exchange application and selection process.

University of Washington:Christchurch-Seattle Sister City Scholarship
The purpose of is to support سԹ students who are participating in the UC Global Exchange Programme at the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington, USA.You are required to apply to the Scholarships Team for this Scholarship separately. Information about how to apply, application deadlines, funding period, selection criteria, terms and conditions etc. is available on the website above. You also need to apply to the International Mobility Team at Global Engagment for participating in the exchange programme with the University of Washington.
Pagnol Scholarship
supports سԹ students who are majoring in French, to participate in the University’s Student Exchange Programme at one of the University’s partner institutions in France. You are required to apply to the Scholarships Team for this Scholarship separately. Information about how to apply, application deadlines, funding period, selection criteria, terms and conditions etc. is available on the website above. You also need to apply to the International Mobility Team at Global Engagment for participating in the UC Global Exchange programme.
