AtAukaha Tau 12, taiohi Māori receive information on courses and degrees taught at UC and what is needed before starting University, (entry requirements, scholarships and course planning). Interactive college sessions allow taiohi Māori to explore what is on offer.
The whānau at Kā Waimaero/UC Māoriand Tuākana Mentors share their own student experiences and talk about life on campus while sharing kai with the visiting taiohi Māori.
Aukaha includes keynote speakers, a student panel, Q&A session, and interactive sessions inArts, Business, Engineering, Health Sciences, Māori Communications Strategy and Practice, Physics, Product Design, Science and Teacher Education, Youth and Community Leadership.
