The sessions are run with a trained cycle coach, and are a fantastic opportunity to get practical, personalised advice in a safe, supportive and fun environment.
The workshops offer a mix of skill practise in both an an off-road setting and on the roads and cycle-ways surrounding campus.
There is no cost to attend, and loan bikes can be organised on request.
