UC Careers makes it easy to recruit some of New Zealand's top recent and future graduates for internships, research, work-integrated learning and project work, and voluntary and paid employment.

If you are offering a graduate programme, internship, scholarship or summer work,you can list your opportunities on the.

We can help with every step of the recruitment process, from advertising a vacancy or opportunity andproviding interview facilities.

Career fairs and expos

Our annual fairsare an excellent way of raising your organisation’s profile with future graduates and engaging with current students for internship and summer work placements. During the academic year, we host a series of careers fairs including theBusiness and Arts Careers Fairs,Law Recruitment Evening,STEM Careers Fairand theVolunteering Expo.Find out how Career fairs work here.

Employer presentations

On-campus/Online/In-house

Ensure your target students are well informed about your organisation by holding a presentation; whether that is here on our beautiful campus, online or in-house. We recommend presenting to our students about your final year/graduate recruitment, summer vacation, internship opportunities and scholarships. Our students appreciate the value of engagement with employers. We do not charge for these sessions and as they are very popular we recommend getting in early to secure a date.

Advertising options and costs

All employer engagement is advertised on the UC Careers Online event platform, UC Careers Facebook page, UC main Events page and on LED screens in common areas on campus – all at no charge.

We strongly recommend sending atargeted emailto students inviting them to attend as above.

We also ask our employers to advertise all employment opportunities on our dedicated student and graduate jobs board.

The only costs are for a targeted email inviting students to attend and any refreshments you provide. Please clickhereto learn more about this service and fees.

Free interview rooms available

We can provide professional interview rooms here on campus for your use at no charge..
