My name is Stella Keenan and I grew up in Clyde, Ōtākou before moving to Suva in Viti Levu for high school. I then moved back to Aotearoa, specifically to Ōtautahi to attend Te Whare Wānanga o Waitaha. I completed my undergrad at UC in 2021 with a Bachelor of Arts double majoring in Political Science & International Relations and History. I then continued at UC studying a Masters in International Relations and Diplomacy which I completed in 2023. I am now a PhD candidate at the Macmillan Brown Centre for Research where I am pursuing a PhD in Pacific Studies with a comparative case study focus on Bougainville and West Papua.
