About:

Ph.D. Researcher and recipient of a scholarship within the research project entitled "Extreme wildfire: Our new reality are we ready?" funded by the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE), New Zealand, focusing on Discovering the dynamics of fire-atmosphere internal boundary layers and turbulence at the Rural-Urban Interface (RUI) using Doppler wind LIDAR observations and Large Eddy Simulations.

I am studying the heartbeat of wildfires, investigating how and why they move, focusing on the fires pulsation frequency and its drivers within the fire-atmosphere interaction.

Working Thesis Title:

The Pulsation Frequency of Wildfire Flaming Zone and its Drivers in Fire-Atmosphere Interaction
